Who should visit Crossway Baptist Church?

Crossway Baptist Church is a group of ordinary people. We invite you to come and enjoy our family. We avoid a judgmental attitude that says “We are better than you”—because we’re not! We recognize that in God’s eyes we are all equal. So we welcome you to come, we won’t judge you or condemn you. Although we are all at different places in our lives, we all need to grow spiritually. We will welcome you and desire to show you the love of Christ. We are eager to see you!

Who should join Crossway Baptist Church?

Because a “church” is a group of people joined together in their shared faith in Jesus Christ, all who want to join our church must express faith in Jesus as their Lord, Savior, and God. We also assume that as you join our family you will be expressing this faith in a life that is obedient to Scripture.

• Preaching...Why?

  Why is it so important to have preaching that focuses on the truth of the word of God rather than on the audience?

• While you cannot separate the two entirely, it might be best to say that a church that focuses on clearly explaining the truth of Scripture is giving the hearers what is most important rather than what is most desired!

• Crossway's Mission

  Crossway's mission is summarized with two thought.

• 1) We want to reach those who do not know our Lord and we want to communicate God's grace to them.

• 2) We want to reach those who are believers and we want to encourage them to grow in God's grace.
